Yeah, I dunno, I've stopped being surprised when characters suddenly appear/reappear/etc.; that much always seems to make sense in retrospect, so!

*snerk* Well, fair enough! It was really nice to see Doc Scratch get what he deserved. Though I think it would've been even better if he managed to die at the hands of the kids/the trolls/the poor baby Handmaiden! And it's interesting in a storytelling way; the author is explicitly dead, etc. I guess we'll see~~
