Can it be? It is!

The webcomic No Rest for the Wicked updated! TWO YEARS LATER, but it updated! I've seen it mentioned on the flist, so if you want the 2012 pages start here: http://forthewicked.net/archive/05-01.html
I just literally crossed my fingers in case it will influence mysterious cosmic powers to make updates keep going.
While I'm webcomiccing, let's look at this page of Girl Genius: http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/comic.php?date=20120229
I don't understand this comic. Really I cannot. Are we seriously not supposed to expect Agatha/Gil/Tarvek? Gil and Tarvek keep getting along better and better and now there's the falling machine thing, which I can pretend with ease is thematic OT3-validation! Well, very nearly with ease, especially if I squint!
My 'NOW KISS' feelings seriously perked up when they started yelling in each other's faces and then I mentally added Agatha and they're off the charts. Gil and Tarvek would happily to support her, would get each other's feelings for her, would have this increasingly tender rivalry-and-rekindled-friendship going on, and Agatha would lead the way with great determination and bestow kisses everywhere. Okay, the Agatha-Tarvek connection isn't that strong, but they would still all three make such a great team. A team of smoochers.
If this isn't heading for polyamory then Tarvek better be written out BEAUTIFULLY. no death, any potential new romance would need to be the greatest.
The follow-up pages reminded me how fond I am of Othar's fourth wall-breaking powers, and that Bangladesh and Gil have a fun dynamic. It's cute how they rag on each other, in this case particularly the bit with the machine to 'pick up' girls (GIL), and it's also cool to see how viciously they fight with each other. No holds barred, everybody's kick-ass! I like that the female characters get to seriously fight in this comic.
PS: I feel like I should mention, for novelty's sake, that I really like the new LJ changes. It's nice being able to edit comments, and that readmore thing looks nifty.
